Chandigarh, Oct 2, 2021: Most affordable, elegantly planned, aesthetically designed waterfall, total green and blessed with a panoramic view of nature and an ever bubbling canal, Royale Water-Front (RWF) has become a rare landmark of Tricity after the iconic Sukhna Lake mainly due to a 30 feet high mountain with a cascading waterfall.  Apart from offering a pollution-less environment in the lap of nature, the dwelling units are available at a rate that is almost 50 percent less than the price at the neighboring Aerocity.

The never-before-developed Royale Water-Front residential project is the latest offering of Royale Estate Group at Chandigarh Royale City (CRC). The project is located in district Mohali, on Chandigarh-Patiala Highway at about 25-km from the City Beautiful.

“Our core in-house team visualized the waterfall with other elements and made it possible in just four months. The main feature is infused with a waterfall and a water body to sit and have a good time with loved ones, a water stream running around the main feature adds to the uniqueness. A canal can be viewed from both sides of the water-fall,” says Neeraj Kansal, a Director with Royale Estate Group.

MOST AFFORDABLE

Talking about the unit cost, Neeraj says: “Royale Water-Front project is an astounding success & now we are expanding it to Royale Water-Front 2 which will be the most affordable in the range. It has been planned in a way that we are in a position to provide dwelling units to buyers at a very affordable and competitive rate. It offers a whiff of fresh air in the real estate space.”

Piyush Kansal, another young Director of the Group, says: “Royale Estate Group has always focused on getting innovative value additions to its new projects. Innovation at every step is the mark of growth and a base tool to develop something useful. The waterfall is the fruit of this ideology so that a resident doesn’t just buy a house but rather dwells amid natural surroundings.”

TOTAL GREEN

It won’t be incorrect to say that Royale Water-Front at Chandigarh Royale City is Tricity’s first true green township. It is nestled in the middle of lush green fields with a beautifully designed waterfall. One can enjoy a panoramic view of a natural canal too. For those who love to live in the lap of nature, far away from the hustle-bustle, humdrum and maddening crowd of city life, Royale Water-Front is a god-send opportunity.

Piyush further says, “This new iconic facility meets dream needs of people who want to live in healthy and green environments due to health reasons and reverses caused by a pandemic like Covid-19.  It is free from pollution with an Air Quality Index (AQI) at any given time at the project site being below 94 as compared to 170 plus in Chandigarh.”

PRIVACY WELL TAKEN CARE OF

Ashish Mittal, another director of Royale Estate Group reflects: “Royale Water Front is based on the concept of keeping it private, because for every individual privacy matters. So here we have given an exclusive private lane to houses and villas with a beautiful man-made water feature, private-park and natural landscape surrounding it.”

Unique design, waterfall, serene ambience, panoramic view of a nearby canal and farms make ‘Royale Water-Front’ an island of green environs and nature. Its plants, vegetation, trees, and water bodies are all-natural resources that help absorb bad air and give residents back purified air. ‘Royale Water-Front’ offers affordable and world-class residences in an environment friendly setting.
